Behind the scenes
Our backstage support departments include; marketing, HR, health & safety, commercial business support, finance and payroll. Our environment is far from the norm as many of the departments are situated in the Burnt Stub – the original mansion house that dates back to the 1300s, whilst others are based next to the rides. You never lose focus on what our business is about as you can frequently hear the laughter and screams from the guests outside.We also offer opportunities for work placement students to make their mark and gain superb all-round development in a fantastic company. Our work placements are treated as part of the permanent team, and their contribution and ideas are highly valued. Many students love it so much and do so well with our support that they join us permanently after finishing their final year.
