Team Leader
We have Team Leader positions available in all areas. If you've never worked with us before, then you will need some previous supervisory experience to join us at this level. However, we do make a point of recognising talent and promoting from within – many of our team leaders started off with us as hosts.Team Leaders need to demonstrate good leadership skills, including high levels of effective communication. You'll be involved in managing sickness and absence, coaching, reviews, training, delegation and motivation – and of course, leading by example with your own customer service skills.

To guide you in the right direction, you'll take a two-day course that will show you what it takes to be a team leader, and give you valuable practical advice on how to succeed.
